Dongguan ZiLian Electronics Co., Ltd. is a Dongguan-based trading and project-operating company. We don't just pass orders to brokers — we directly manage and QC several long-term partner SMT and PCB fabrication lines in Dongguan. For drone boards like flight controllers, ESCs, IMU breakouts, PDBs and RTK/GPS carriers, we own the review, assembly, inspection and shipment process end to end. You talk to one ZiLian window; behind it is a Dongguan line we personally supervise — not a relabeled subcontract chain.
The lines we coordinate handle 2–8 layer boards, controlled impedance, fine-pitch QFN/BGA placement, buried/blind vias, and gold-finger edge connectors common in UAV electronics. Every order passes first-article inspection (FAI), automated optical inspection (AOI) and, where needed, X-ray verification before it leaves the floor — all under ZiLian's own inspection checklist.
What makes us different is the pre-inquiry review. Before we send a number, our engineers open your Gerber zip, BOM and CPL together, flag obsolete MCUs, mismatch footprints, missing paste layers or unclear impedance notes — and tell you plainly. You get a real inquiry, not a placeholder price that climbs after fabrication starts.
We deliberately run a flexible model that handles both ends: some Dongguan shops only take large runs and refuse a 5-piece prototype; others do prototypes but can't scale to 5,000 pcs. The lines we manage in Dongguan run 5-piece prototypes and 5,000-piece batches under the same QA standard we supervise — no cutting inspection on small orders, no outsourcing on big ones. No layered markup, no relabeled subcontracts; one window owns the file review, the inspection, and the accountability.
